Woodward Cruise 2003 Get-Together

August 16, 2003, one day after the Great Blackout of 2003.  It was re-titled to the "Woodward Dream Cruise - UnPlugged".  Power was mostly restored, it was hot and muggy, and we had a real downpour for a while.  But it was fun for all that came.  Attendance was down from 1.7 million in 2002 to 1.1 million this year....
