The Twister Special, sold only through the Kansas City Sales office, was a specialty model in 1970.  Actual production was 90 Torinos Cobras and 96 Mustangs.  All the Cobras were Vermillian (Calypso Coral).  Mustangs were Grabber Orange.  The Twister Specials were debuted November 7th, 1969 at the Kansas City Missouri  District sale office's "Total Performance Day".   All the Torino Cobra Twister Specials were 429's either CJ or SCJ ( a topic of discussion since it was once believed that all were SCJ's), dog dish hubcaps and trim rings, 60 automatics and 30 - 4 speeds.  The numbers for all the twisters fall between 0A38J131596 and 0A38J134632, not consecutively .
