"Attached are the only two shots I had a chance to get off the chip, so far. The paint was finished on Sunday! Half the stickers went on Monday the others after arrival Wed. Not quite the culmination of 5 months of work....Luckily I had some help TR & Fri- as we worked till after dinner on Friday to get most of the required parts on- including a new fuel pump, weather stripping, tires, valve covers, air cleaner, door panels....etc. Then left in a thunderstorm for Carlisle (PA), with only about 50 miles on the drive train. Rain was so hard that the run off was deep in places it slowed the car down- as well as coating everything with dirt. Got to see a transformer get a direct lightning hit & explode- about 100 yards away. Mechanically nothing fell off..the car. No interior lights were a pain, but will get that straight soon when a full interior goes in. Gauges, AC reassembly, and cruize are all on the list, esp for the planned long distance run. For the moment, only one seat is an additional conversation piece. It did place 1st in class. Also helped with the FCA show/mini meet (86 members) within the show (of 2600 cars) so did not get to see enough of the Ford Carlisle gig. One day you would enjoy attending.

Keep in Touch,

Rob Day"
