Mike, Almost 30 years ago, when I was a teenager working at a local grocery store, I often bagged groceries for a kind doctor from a nearby Air Force base. He had an exquisite 1970 Torino GT with white bucket seats, console shifter, hideaway headlights, the big 351 Cleveland engine, dual exhaust, laser stripe - the works. I always admired that car and one day he offered to sell it to me - and I didn't hesitate for a moment. I proudly drove it from 1977 - my junior year at Spring Valley High School in Columbia, S.C., - to mid-1980 when I was in college, and have always regretted letting it go. Recently, I had the opportunity to acquire another one that is almost identical. This one is a convertible and has had just two owners (I am the third). It's not a fancy show car, but it's all original, garage kept and has lots of power. Everything works (except a couple of the electric window buttons) and my kids and I are enjoying it immensely and drive it around town often. Anyway, thought you'd enjoy the photos. We really enjoy your website.
