Tell us exactly what you bought.
The Hooker 6115's are the ticket for the Torino if you have standard port locations on the heads. Another option is to use the Crites motor mounts that lower the engine and make header clearance better. Crites also has headers of lower quality than the Hookers that are set in and come closer to the pan. Personally if you are using a stock pan width go with the Crites package, headers, mounts and all.
BTW Hooker 6115's will fit PS and Auto. My 6115's gave me about 500 more revs on the 521.
Glenn Z will get you a good price better than the big box guys.

no bell is smaller.

You need a BBF C6 with a 13.5" tailshaft.
Lincolns have a 17"

If you are making some power the drive shaft needs to be replaced anyway and the longer tail shaft trany is a good idea or shortening the 3 inch shaft. Shorter drive shafts handle power better. This is assuming that the trans mount is in the same location.
New 3.5" steel shaft is going to run about $300. Shortening the 3" will be $50-100.

351C is a small block bell like 302 and 351W

400 and 351M is bigblock pattern

I think FE C6 is different too.

I am guessing since you are getting a crate motor you will need accessory brackets too

In an OEM application PS works as the waterpump tensioner
Without the PS pump 429s had an idler. Its very rare to find one
I stubbed out the alternator and use that but I have a little belt slip
You can hear it in this video, I have to use goodyear gatorbacks

http://videos.streetfire.net/video/fb37dc63-c86b-49d6-ab6b-9a040142ffb6.htm

There is an engine mount post here too-seems the insulators are getting very scarce
Not sure how it was resolved

Aircleaner height gets to be dicey if you use a stock airlid or shaker
Run an external trans cooler for your trans, Autozone sells a bunch. Mine was like $60
An OEM style replacement radiator is available. My brand new one blew its tranny cooler internally and created a coolant apocalypse,

Use a Shroud and a 7 blade fan + clutch. I think 78 Tbird 460 fan clutch will work

I had a driveshaft from the PO that fit so no ideas there.
I assume you will add a floor shift. NO clue on how to get the column one to swap.
It may jut need the rod from the selector lever to the shift arm if the C6 bell comes with the shift arm pin that hold the shifter linkage.

Larry Zobeck in Detroit is the source for consoles and all the hard to find stuff.
He's is expensive but his resto'd parts are like new.
